Experience & Recognition
He trained as a primary teacher at Griffith University, where he completed a Graduate Diploma of Education in 2010. He is a 2020 recipient of the Global Teacher Award from the AKS Education Awards, and in 2022 The Educator named him one of Australia’s most influential educators. Skills That Last.
At 2Skills, his focus is on students leaving with skills that last: a clear way to think through a problem, and the judgment to use AI safely, ethically and well, including knowing when not to use it at all.
